Called with questions about a pending furniture purchase, called 4 times, only to constantly be hung up on. Only once did a rude woman come on the line, place me on hold for about 6 min, only to be disconnected once more. Cancelled the order and will not be back. Whoever is working the evening shift here, needs to get it together. Rated one star since it's the only way to bypass this part .

Although my furniture was purchased at the Bel Furniture location in Victoria, it was to be delivered to my residence in San Antonio--where the lack of professionalism and communication from the San Antonio store has caused undue stress and frustration. The furniture was ordered in early June and arrived in the wrong color, completely different from what was selected during the sale. I bought a 6 piece furniture set, was only given 5 pieces and was told I had to pay $200 more to receive the other piece... that I already payed for. When I called I kept getting hung up on. Service was terrible and they weren't able to resolve anything. Would not recommend at all!

Got my dresser. It was assembled by Bel. It has a defect and I was told to call the Katy number. They never answered. It's disappointing.

This place is the worst place to ever get furniture from. I purchased some furniture back in August. It is now October they have been giving me the runaround. I called them every day. I wait online for hours today. I asked her can I just pick it up she said yeah you can pick it up from Katie Texas. Why? When I bought it from San Antonio they are very unorganized. The stuff may be cheap but do not come here. You will never get your furniture
You may like the selection and the sales rep may help you with the order and make you feel like you're important. After that, you will NEVER be able to get a straight answer from customer service. you will NEVER know when your order will be delivered. get a call back when they say they just need to look something up. you WILL wait for hours in their phone queue while they have "1 caller ahead of you". you WILL have to suffer thru multiple days of delivery because they can't or won't ship everything at one time.
