ordered a patio furniture online and never got a callback from the furniture store. I called the furniture store after almost 30 days that I haven't received my furniture and they have said that they had it at the store in San Antonio, TX. After two days, i called to pick up the patio furniture and the store claimed they didn't have it. Someone how they lied or sold the furniture.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life of shopping anywhere. And when we did get someone they didn't know anything. Absolutely brutal, wouldn't buy my furniture there if they paid for it. Oh and they wouldn't answer the phone either when we called before going. If you're reading this and thinking about going, save you're time. They are worthless. 0 stars.

If I could rate this business a -0 & then some it would definitely be just that. Folks please save your money & shop somewhere else. Only spent my funds here because price was right at the time, but their No Customer Service SUCKS, SUCKS, SUCKS!!! Called their Lame A** Corporate office in Katy & and was told item is now low stock. Will update if they fix the problem! I purchased a dining table and waited a whole month for it to be delivered. Once it was delivered they sent me a used table with cracks and chips. They also sent a used chair with stains. I called to get a replacement and was told they no longer have it in stock. They requested pictures and I provided them. Worst customer service ever and worst company to buy furniture from!! They are rude and will lie to you on the phone.. They are just after getting your money. DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURES from this store!! Worst decision ever!! Wish I could give them 0 star ...

I bought a sofa sectional and a year later it was trash due to poor quality. The inseam came apart on several pillow, the middle of the long piece of the sectional whelped since it did have the proper leg support. And the bottom of the cushion had poor material so it just dissolved from rubbing together.

Went to BEL on 11/11/2019 (& several times before as we were looking for new furniture for the new place) Pros: - Great "straight up" prices: meaning you can find couch sets, dining table SETS (that's all we need, no kids or anything else really needed for home- so we looked for ottomans, table sets and living room)(while the deals are great, we found something better & cheaper from wayfair.com) all less than 500. - they greet you as Soon as you walk in - largest furniture store I've been too in SA - great selection Con... read more

Update: The store manager James is trying to make this right by sending us our furniture in two days and trying to get us the floor model of what we ordered. But BEWARE, the furniture that you want is probably partially SOLD OUT when you buy it. This man is TRYING to cover for the rest of this clearly deceptive company. Kudos to James for trying! I left a review 2 weeks ago with Bel Furniture. And now I am still struggling with their product and service. It is a NIGHTMARE to deal with this store. Keep away from them
