Will update if they fix the problem! I purchased a dining table and waited a whole month for it to be delivered. Once it was delivered they sent me a used table with cracks and chips. They also sent a used chair with stains. I called to get a replacement and was told they no longer have it in stock. They requested pictures and I provided them. Worst customer service ever and worst company to buy furniture from!! They are rude and will lie to you on the phone.. They are just after getting your money. DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURES from this store!! Worst decision ever!! Wish I could give them 0 star ...
I bought a sofa sectional and a year later it was trash due to poor quality. The inseam came apart on several pillow, the middle of the long piece of the sectional whelped since it did have the proper leg support. And the bottom of the cushion had poor material so it just dissolved from rubbing together.

Update: The store manager James is trying to make this right by sending us our furniture in two days and trying to get us the floor model of what we ordered. But BEWARE, the furniture that you want is probably partially SOLD OUT when you buy it. This man is TRYING to cover for the rest of this clearly deceptive company. Kudos to James for trying! I left a review 2 weeks ago with Bel Furniture. And now I am still struggling with their product and service. It is a NIGHTMARE to deal with this store. Keep away from them
I would not recommend this place. Customer service is very unprofessional. I spoke to the manager about damaged furniture that was delivered. I made several calls to have delivery of a replacement, twice I had an appointment and no one showed. I decided to go back to the store and speak to a manager. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a company... We purchased a bedroom set, the salesman was great. Set-up delivery date and thought everything would be good. We were wrong. The day before delivery I was told the mattress hadn't arrived, I asked a simple question, why. The rep put me on hold to call the warehouse, I was then told it had arrived and would be delivered.
