Terrible customer service. Go somewhere else, pay a little more, get better service. They sold me an end table when I went back to pick it up... they sold it to someone else. The recliner I bought has taken over half a month to arrive from Houston. I'm not even getting it delivered. They have made no apologies or concessions. It's cheap furniture but do yourself a favor and skip this store.

I have been waiting over a month for the mattress I purchased they delivered my couch and we're supposed to deliver the mattress at the same time and it was not on the truck. I was told by the delivery guy.(that did not speak any English) it would be there the next day I waited, and nothing that was over a month ago. worst customer service EVERRRR if you can get ahold of anyone. They never answer the phone at any location. I literally have to call at least 7 times just to get ahold of anyone. My furniture was delivered and it was damaged and i have not heard anything back after submitting my incident and it has been 2 weeks!

Worst customer service. I bought a bedroom set back in November spent $2,500 on the set. After I completed the sale, I was told that it wasn't in stock and would come in in 60-90 days. Got furniture delivered finally and it was damaged. They will lie and will take your money and never do what they promise to do. Had to wait two more months and still nothing. Buyer Beware!!!

If I could get zero stars, I would They are deceitful and do not stand behind their furniture which is not worth buying. It does not hold up once you purchase and walk out the door. It's on you I purchased a sectional five months ago that is completely falling apart. They had it delivered now they're saying that they have no idea about the delivery which the salesman himself set up , this was supposed to guarantee my warranty another six months which I do not have due to this deceitful company. I bought a leather sofa on the 11 it's is damaged I'm elderly and I ask them to pick it up and credit to me it was all messed up on the back it's not really leather it's was 2300 that was 10 days ago and the recliner didn't work they said they would replace it they did not and I don't want another one of there products we need our money credit back were on a fixed income please do not shop there

If I could leave zero stars, I would. As a hard working single mom of 5, just having gone through a divorce, I was so excited to finally buy myself a couch. This was a huge accomplishment for me and my kids, and unfortunately we were scammed and taken advantage of. My daughter and I went in to pick out our new furniture together- we had probably 5 different sales associates approach us.
