The customer service at the San Antonio store is the worst !! Although the salesperson was great at his job. Once you get to customer service there is like a 90 minute wait. The female manager Lydia of the San Antonio customer service messed up and literally walked out and left the customer service in a worst position to assist customers. Very poor customer service. They charged me 25% restocking fees in items that I did not have yet, they ordered it from main store to local store, we agreed on free shipping, apparently free shipping to Belfuniture means to their store, really ? no one else I know interpret it that way, so why restocking fee if I did not even touch it ? Then if you call them they said try our furniture for 3 days you can return it full refund no question asked. The buying process was the easy part. We were warned about the long delay (due to covid) it would take for them to get our order from the warehouse to the store, and I was fine with that. It was the waiting for pick up. It was the worse. They told me one person was in front of me and ended up being 2. The first person was parked for a while when I arrived and the second customer took even longer. I don't know if they are under staffed but I do not recommend you buy from here. Bought a 3 piece living set during their July Black Friday sale. Delivery was scheduled 6 weeks out. I called 1 week before to confirm, which they did. So I found a buyer for my current furniture. Then a day before delivery I found out that my order isn't coming. They ran out. Then customer service couldn't even tell me if the floor model was still available. STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Read Yelp reviews, they're all true. Service, employees, etc. all below even sub par. First, they dont tell you about the 4-6 order time. Distribution center is in Houston but will take 4-6 weeks to get to San antonio. Huh? Then it takes 2 weeks to get a refund and only 75% of what you paid. Lots of small small print. My wife asked a sales person, on the way out, a question. He proceeded to get into a debate instead of answering a customer question. Stay away

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience from start to finish. Went in with my two children and had them excitedly pick out their new beds. With COVID keeping us locked inside I figured redoing their rooms might raise their spirits. Unfortunately, we were working with a tiny budget, given the loss of my husbands job, so we ended up here. They do have great prices but it's all a show. I have received multiple deadlines on my furniture to be received and when I asked For a courtesy delivery I was denied. As a first time customer, the service I have received is horrible and the expectations of Bel Furniture has not met my needs. I am very disappointed.

Ordered a couch and ottoman set online and called to see when it would be available for me to pickup in store. When I called they told me I would have to wait until it was shipped to the store, which they could've give me an exact date for. Hearing that I decided to cancel my order, when I spoke to the woman on the phone she said I would receive an email from corporate "some time" during the week. Raymond is incompetent. The one star is for the furniture. 5+ salesman but one customer service rep. $2000+ on furniture that did not arrive as promised even though we rented a Uhaul for this day, and he won't waive the delivery fee for the inconvenience. He also doesn't know when my other sectional and rug will come. So wish me luck.
