I bought a 6 piece furniture set, was only given 5 pieces and was told I had to pay $200 more to receive the other piece... that I already payed for. When I called I kept getting hung up on. Service was terrible and they weren't able to resolve anything. Would not recommend at all!

Got my dresser. It was assembled by Bel. It has a defect and I was told to call the Katy number. They never answered. It's disappointing.

This place is the worst place to ever get furniture from. I purchased some furniture back in August. It is now October they have been giving me the runaround. I called them every day. I wait online for hours today. I asked her can I just pick it up she said yeah you can pick it up from Katie Texas. Why? When I bought it from San Antonio they are very unorganized. The stuff may be cheap but do not come here. You will never get your furniture

You may like the selection and the sales rep may help you with the order and make you feel like you're important. After that, you will NEVER be able to get a straight answer from customer service. you will NEVER know when your order will be delivered. get a call back when they say they just need to look something up. you WILL wait for hours in their phone queue while they have "1 caller ahead of you". you WILL have to suffer thru multiple days of delivery because they can't or won't ship everything at one time. UPDATE from previous review: Nothing after the sales process has been great. The furniture I was told was in stock is not. Delivery was schedule 2 weeks out and I get a call 4 days before delivery to be told nothing I picked out was available and my delivery had to be pushed out another week. Then I decided to cancel because I do not trust they will have the items available and I'm told there's a cancellation fee. Bad customer service. The customer service line only works sometimes (it beats repeatedly and hangs up on you) and they don't respond to emails. Delivery workers through furniture together. After they left we discovered there were pieces not hammered in and left underneath. They had broken some pieces of the beds and even nails were sticking out.

This is a joke. I ordered two replacement chairs for my dining room table, and they called saying my order was being shipped and be here in two weeks. It's going on the fourth week, and they haven't shipped it. They had it in stocked and no delays when they initially called and supposably on the truck already. I ordered a 6-piece bed set from Living spaces and it took them a week to get it fully delivered to my house (not the store). This is a joke of a company. The service has been overall horrible! The prices are great but you pay in the long run with the horrible delivery! I was supposed to have a king size bedroom set delivered they deliver the bedroom set. Do not bring the screws and stuff to put the bedroom set together totally unprofessional of them.
