Definitely not the horror story I thought, I walked in and was greeted by a sales lady mary that was so sweet. She showed me a couple of living room sets until we found this beautiful leather set that I can pick up as soon as Monday. I love the price and I felt so welcomed Mary was great. I will be coming back for my dining set soon:)

I bought two bed sets and extremely happy with them. The delivery time is 2-3 weeks but you will save lots of monies if you can wait.

I almost passed up on the great deals Bels has to offer due to the overwhelming poor reviews they have. Bels had exactly what we were looking for at a price I could not pass up. I took a gamble on Bel Furniture and hit jackpot. My wife and I just purchased a home and had to furnish 3 rooms. Dining room, Master bedroom and living room. In total including delivery, assembly and tax we completely furnished 3 rooms for $2700. I could not believe it. But after reading the horror stories I was not expecting much. The pricing was great and I purchased a mattress. When it came time to deliver they called and said the time window would be from 5-9 pm. At 9:00pm I got a call saying delivery drivers were delayed about 30 minutes, but not the case, they finally showed up at 11:30pm. It was frustrating since it seemed like everything was rushed, my mattress was stuffed up the stairs. I had to direct how to get it up the stairs so it wasn't getting bent every which way. I needed a new sofa and shopped around town with a pretty specific idea of what I wanted. Due to the pretty terrible reviews of Bel both here and on Google I made this my last stop. Not five minutes after stepping into the store I found exactly what I was hoping for at a better price point than anywhere else I had gone. Very traditional style of furniture. Most of it has a very cheap look to it and a price to match. So if you're looking for a steal it may be found here. Their sales seem to be major discounts over the original price. The store has a show room that is quite large and they also have items listed online.

We were so excited about this place and what we ordered, until it came time for delivery! We were told they had everything multiple times before delivery day, only to be disappointed! They had us wait 3 weeks for an incomplete order, then another 2 weeks, only to say nothing! Lets just say my expensive mattress has been laying on the floor and we've been getting the run around like crazy! WORST communication in customer service I have ever seen all around! When we entered we were greeted by a large fountain. No, not a salesperson. A large, decorative fountain. We had to find a salesperson, and once we did two out of three of them looked annoyed that we had interrupted their conversation.
