We have purchased a few different pieces of furniture from Bel. Living room reclining couch, loveseat and chair for the family room is great! Comfortable and we are very happy with that. We have had it over a year, used A LOT and it still looks good. Table and chairs-quality is ok. I love the table, the chairs are a little weak but the protection plan company is not the greatest. This is the second bedroom set I purchase from Bel and I always get great service and great prices. I always recommend this store to family or friends when I hear they are in the market for furniture.

So our sales guy was really good Gabriel aka Louie he was able to assist us by helping us stick to our budget and style we bought two bed sets at a great deal as well as a dinning set and looking to contact him back for another bed set and living room set..he asked what my husband and I liked and showed us what They had the only reason I was not able to give a five star was because I had already seen some bedroom sets I liked online just to find out they didn't have in stock which we need furniture asap so we had to be more ... read more

Definitely not the horror story I thought, I walked in and was greeted by a sales lady mary that was so sweet. She showed me a couple of living room sets until we found this beautiful leather set that I can pick up as soon as Monday. I love the price and I felt so welcomed Mary was great. I will be coming back for my dining set soon:)

I bought two bed sets and extremely happy with them. The delivery time is 2-3 weeks but you will save lots of monies if you can wait.

I almost passed up on the great deals Bels has to offer due to the overwhelming poor reviews they have. Bels had exactly what we were looking for at a price I could not pass up. I took a gamble on Bel Furniture and hit jackpot. My wife and I just purchased a home and had to furnish 3 rooms. Dining room, Master bedroom and living room. In total including delivery, assembly and tax we completely furnished 3 rooms for $2700. I could not believe it. But after reading the horror stories I was not expecting much. The pricing was great and I purchased a mattress. When it came time to deliver they called and said the time window would be from 5-9 pm. At 9:00pm I got a call saying delivery drivers were delayed about 30 minutes, but not the case, they finally showed up at 11:30pm. It was frustrating since it seemed like everything was rushed, my mattress was stuffed up the stairs. I had to direct how to get it up the stairs so it wasn't getting bent every which way. I needed a new sofa and shopped around town with a pretty specific idea of what I wanted. Due to the pretty terrible reviews of Bel both here and on Google I made this my last stop.
