This is an update... my table was infested with an insect called a powder post beetle .. disgusting to say the least... after speaking with sales they offered to give me store credit ...I'm updating from 1 star to 3 due to customer service... just be aware if you get any table that seems to have a dusty film on them out the box.They may have these bugs and you probably won't notice them till weeks later

My wife and I went to Bel Furniture Store in Sugar Land to look for dining tables and chairs. As we went around the store, we saw lots of nice dining tables and chairs with affordable lower prices as compared to other furniture stores around Sugar Land area. I shopped everywhere for two weeks, looked in catalogs, online, many showrooms.. Bel in Sugar Land was our last stop and I'm so glad it was! I got a beautiful set, free chest of drawers and am extra nightstand for HALF the price I found at other places. 8 pieces and tax and delivery was 2500 and outside at other places similar sets were over 5k for 5 pieces. Some good deals if you are patient. We stopped by and purchased two chairs and a table set (coffee table and two end tables) for our living room. Overall, this is a discount furniture store and often the lower quality shows. Nevertheless, if you take your time and choose carefully, you can find some decent furniture and spend hundreds less than you will at other stores. Delivery came on the day promised. After visiting several furniture stores (Rooms To Go, Gallerie Furniture, The Roomstore, Finger's Furniture, and a few others), we found the best deal for our media room furniture at Bel Furniture. The second runner up was The Theatre Room Store (online). We bought seven black leather recliners with cupholders and have been very pleased with the purchase so far.
