I purchased few items from bel furniture when we moved to a new home. I do not know where to start from customer care to quality of furniture everything was a deal breaker. You will never get a call back from them if you have any issues and the manager will never be available. Regardless to say you will definitely have problem with every single piece of furniture you bought from this store. They are cheap quality even if you purchased the pricey ones. I am so surprised to see how this store still remains open.

Wish i have an option to give negative stars . An old lady received us with a rude attitude. We came to buy recliner sofa and told her the model we had in our mind.. She just waved us off saying it wasn't available.. it kind of looked like they were in no mood to do business.. Now i know why the store is empty and drop dead silent .

We bought bar stools that were plentiful at the warehouse, according to the salesman Monsi. The next day tried to pick it up, but they were out of stock. While being refunded, another unsatisfied customer was expressing his disapproval of the product and the service from Bel. Overall process was decent (application for financing and paper work was in a timely manner) but can still improve on greeting customer once they walk that they're being acknowledged.

Oh wow. This place is now in an all time low. Forget customer service. Shit, forget product knowledge! The sales person didn't know anything about the floor layout, literally the guy said "whatever we have over here, that's it" my question was, do you more ottomans? I heard that answer. My family and I went to Bel furniture in Sugarland. We found out the owner is from the same country so we stopped shopping around and purchased several items. The delivery was set for a specific date then they called and said they have to change it. They were supposed to deliver the products in the morning but the truck driver called and said that it will be in the afternoon. They came at night. So they wasted all of our day. I bought furniture and the delivery people tried to get the bed thru the door and after suggesting they take off the door to get it thru (they said that was the next step), they destroyed the paint on the door and the wall. I went to the store they said they called delivery and they would call me and they did.Said they would come on Sat. Never showed. I went back to the store and was told to call corporate. Very bad place for furniture shopping , I will not recommend this store to any one please don't go this store at all. Quality, delivery, after sale services I will give them big fat F. We are about to sue them because these peoples sale us trashing product, don't go this place even if they are giving away furniture, manager, sales staff, repair staff, district manager all lairs. .

Worse place ever! Don't waste your money at this place, they sale some of the worse furniture out there in terms of quality. This place is so dishonest and the owners, especially the lady are so rude. I would give it a negative rating if I could!
