My family and I went to Bel furniture in Sugarland. We found out the owner is from the same country so we stopped shopping around and purchased several items. The delivery was set for a specific date then they called and said they have to change it. They were supposed to deliver the products in the morning but the truck driver called and said that it will be in the afternoon. They came at night. So they wasted all of our day. I bought furniture and the delivery people tried to get the bed thru the door and after suggesting they take off the door to get it thru (they said that was the next step), they destroyed the paint on the door and the wall. I went to the store they said they called delivery and they would call me and they did.Said they would come on Sat. Never showed. I went back to the store and was told to call corporate. Very bad place for furniture shopping , I will not recommend this store to any one please don't go this store at all. Quality, delivery, after sale services I will give them big fat F. We are about to sue them because these peoples sale us trashing product, don't go this place even if they are giving away furniture, manager, sales staff, repair staff, district manager all lairs. .
Worse place ever! Don't waste your money at this place, they sale some of the worse furniture out there in terms of quality. This place is so dishonest and the owners, especially the lady are so rude. I would give it a negative rating if I could!
Worse place to buy anything at all!!!!!!!! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE WORTHLESS!!!!!!!! The owners, specially the WIFE and DAUGHTER are so RUDE, DISHONEST, and know nothing about customer service: The set we bought started to fall apart after a few months of buying it. WE'LL NEVER WALK IN THIS STORE AGAIN! If you're smart....stay away. We picked up a 3pc living room & 7pc counter height dining room. (they don't deliver to Bryan) Moved our furniture side by side to fit everything until we moved. We plan on selling our old stuff cheaply to college kids. TG my husband opened a box... it was the wrong living room set! They wanted us to rent another truck and return everything to their warehouse. Terrible customer service. When I walked in I was greeted by a salesperson and I told him exactly what I was looking for and then what I was not looking for. He proceeded to show me every piece in the store that I said I didn't want. Total waste of my time!
We just got practically run over by one of their delivery trucks. Date 1/28/17 License BXY1989. 5:15 pm. Called store to report ...did not have time to take info. Sounds Like a company I do not ever want to do business with!!!
WARNING!! Horrible, Worthless Product & Company. They DON'T CARE and Won't stand by their own products. I would pay extra cash to give them a negative 5 review if i could. I was told it was REAL Authentic Italian leather but you can see in the picture the finish is pealing off like paint. I paid thousands for this set and even paid a couple hundred extra for the 5 year extended warranty. After 2 months of having the set I notice one small piece coming off but didn't pay attention.
