Had a very bad experience after purchasing furniture and Mattress from them. First of all on the day of delivery there was a paint rip off the way those guys bought the stuff. one of the furniture was not good, so the almost they took more than 25 days to replace it, even though they bought a mattress with the same name as mentioned in the store, but the feel of mattress no where matched with the one in the store. Customer service should always be the #1 goal at a retail store. When we came in we had great customer service. Then we received a call saying the sales man sold us a table that was already purchased (floor model) we had to come in a pick out another table but we we receive a free delivery fee of $79. If we didn't find a table we had to get store credit. After reiterating that it was their error she said I could get a refund. Purchased living room set for a new house. In less than a year a couch we were told was 100% leather is peeling. Cheap quality and they to this point have not backed their product. Customer service has been awful as well will probably end up getting an attorney to clear up this mess on pure principle. Right is right and what they are offering is just plain wrong!!!!

Purchased a living room set that I allowed the sales rep to change my mind about the original set I came in to purchase. This set was cheaply made in 6 months had to call and have technician out to fix the boards in couch. Most regretable purchase I have every made.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! A soaking wet mattress was delivered to my house with brown stains! It smelled of mold even with the plastic on. No wonder the drivers didn't remove the plastic before leaving. To top it off it wasn't even the correct mattress ordered and paid for! The manager at this store is terrible. She has no customer service skills and doesn't return phone calls NOR has she refunded the money back even after returning it. I have a problem with the mattress that was delivered on Monday, April 25. The delivery was to my daughter's house as we are furnishing a bedroom for our visits. My wife and I went to her house on Saturday, April 30 to inspect the furniture. The bedroom furniture was fine. The mattress was not: 1) it was stained 2) it was wet 3) it was not the mattress we ordered -- wrong brand and we ordered a pillow top and this mattress was extra firm. My wife and I purchased furniture at Bel Furniture in Sugar land. items were delivered at different times. the last two items were two mirrored cabinets 630.00 for both. the items finally arrived and both items were damaged. my wife sent both items back and notified Bel Furniture about the damaged items. Purchased a King Bedroom Set 1 month ago, the bed simply collapsed on me. Attempted to pursue warranty repair service, but was given excuses after excuses (no available appointments at first then, after waiting for days, on the morning of the appointment that they were suppose to send a technician to repair the bed, got a call that the technician's truck broke down and the appointment was cancel and they will call back to reschedule. The sales person was very helpful, however when my furniture arrived a piece was missing. I never received a call to let me know it was out of stock. I had to call only to be told that they didn't know when more were coming in. 2 months later I'm still waiting for it to arrive. No one ever calls to give an update. I've called 6+ times to check the status. Can yall not pick up a phone and call? Now it's finally in stock but thanks to scheduling conflicts it's going to be another 3 weeks before I can get it.
