Very low quality product. I purchased a leather chair from them in November and within 4 months the chair is falling apart and all the so called leather is peeling off. i contacted their corporate office and they claimed that its due to wear and tear not manufacturer defect and they won't replace or refund the money. How come they are bragging about the quality and their service?

Bought Leather furniture 3 piece living room set from here less than 3 years ago. Started peeling right after the first year. Had bought and paid for extended warranty. Warranty refused to do anything claimed it was the stores problem. Store said call warranty or manufacture it's not their problem. Called manufacturer they say store should take care of it. Basically no one cares no one willing to help and I'm stuck with 2000 worth of leather living room furniture that I can't sit on without it peeling little pieces of leathe... read more

Please shop elsewhere! I learned my lesson the hard way. Sales people are not knowledgable and a bit rude as others have said. They literally sold me a furniture set that had already been sold and told me this one day prior to scheduled delivery. After they admitted their mistake, the delivery guy called the morning of delivery to confirm we'd be available for the delivery of a table that day (we cancelled that table due to them not having our couches). I am very disappointed in how my Mother which is 82, was treated. She purchased a daybed and they fell to tell her the mattress did not come with it. So, I called and spoke with a Hispanic lady that was very rude and told me, my mother needs to read and my response; I'm sure you have a mother and you need show more compassion with elderly people. Maria is awesome! She greeted my family and I as soon as we walked into the store. I can't wait till my furniture is delivered. Fingers crossed that it goes smooth! Day 3 after purchasing my furniture I realized I forgot my mattress protectors at the store‍ Now I totally understand that this is my fault but I was excited that I just got a full king size bedroom set and two mattresses at a really good price. GLASS TABLE SHATTER SUDDENLY! My friend just bought 8k furniture at this store back on January,2018. Most of furniture she bought made by wood and she only bought one glass Denning table from bel furniture. Today this table just exploded by itself! I purchased few items from bel furniture when we moved to a new home. I do not know where to start from customer care to quality of furniture everything was a deal breaker. You will never get a call back from them if you have any issues and the manager will never be available. Regardless to say you will definitely have problem with every single piece of furniture you bought from this store. They are cheap quality even if you purchased the pricey ones. I am so surprised to see how this store still remains open.

Wish i have an option to give negative stars . An old lady received us with a rude attitude. We came to buy recliner sofa and told her the model we had in our mind.. She just waved us off saying it wasn't available.. it kind of looked like they were in no mood to do business.. Now i know why the store is empty and drop dead silent .

We bought bar stools that were plentiful at the warehouse, according to the salesman Monsi. The next day tried to pick it up, but they were out of stock. While being refunded, another unsatisfied customer was expressing his disapproval of the product and the service from Bel.
