Bel furniture has good quality furniture at good prices....Their customer service is the WORSE!!! They truely need some training in their customer service area it sucks!!! I purchase one accent table, two end tables and one coffee table. The coffee table and end tables was delivered scratch. I contacted bell furniture and they said they would replace all three tables, delivery drivers show up for the 2nd time with only the coffee tables, this table was worse then the 1st coffee table I had. Worst customer service, and products ever. Their sales pitch is amazing -- buy the furniture, pay for the warranty and at the end of the one year period, we will even refund you the warranty if you don't use it. Guess what, my dining room table chair cracked within a month of purchase. Called their store and asked me to send an email with the picture. I did so, on 06/07/2020, and get no response. A month later I send another email (07/17/2020) because I don't hear, again no response. Call again and they say that they cannot... read more

I purchased several pieces from here and am having a lot of delivery issues. For some reason they weren't able to deliver the bed I purchased, so I had to rent my own truck which end up costing the same price as the bed - I should've just purchased a nicer bed with free delivery elsewhere. Not only that, the bed didn't come with any instructions so I cannot put it together. It's been sitting in a corner unassembled for over a month. I purchased two living room sets in 2015 and I was advised to purchase the guardian protection plan because they realized we had kids with us. All being said and done... I paid cash money up front and left happy knowing my purchase was protected. Baseball stitching unraveled and I filed a claim. 2 months later no response. Filed a claim again- 3 months more- we can't come out so bring it to the warehouse on westpark-but because the stitching came apart- the stuffing fell out and we are not responsible, come get your sofa... read more

When the sales lady EVA wrote up my order, she made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. This bed was for my 87 yrs old mother and was very needed for her comfort and safety. When I called the next day after the delivery, I was told it would take 24 hrs to get an approval from corporate to approve an exchange which it was granted. The problem I have is that I was charged a delivery fee of $69.00 to exchange the wrong boxspring that their sales rep wrote up incorrectly! This was not my error!! Very low quality product. I purchased a leather chair from them in November and within 4 months the chair is falling apart and all the so called leather is peeling off. i contacted their corporate office and they claimed that its due to wear and tear not manufacturer defect and they won't replace or refund the money. How come they are bragging about the quality and their service?

Bought Leather furniture 3 piece living room set from here less than 3 years ago. Started peeling right after the first year. Had bought and paid for extended warranty. Warranty refused to do anything claimed it was the stores problem. Store said call warranty or manufacture it's not their problem. Called manufacturer they say store should take care of it. Basically no one cares no one willing to help and I'm stuck with 2000 worth of leather living room furniture that I can't sit on without it peeling little pieces of leathe... read more

Please shop elsewhere! I learned my lesson the hard way. Sales people are not knowledgable and a bit rude as others have said. They literally sold me a furniture set that had already been sold and told me this one day prior to scheduled delivery. After they admitted their mistake, the delivery guy called the morning of delivery to confirm we'd be available for the delivery of a table that day (we cancelled that table due to them not having our couches). How do yall not notify your delivery person of this? Idiots. Stay away f... read more
