Horrible customer service. The store showed no flexibility with delivering my furniture. I clearly communicated my schedule and kindly asked for any late afternoon or evening delivery. Yet, they acted like such a simple request was SO impossible. They tried to get me to leave work mid-morning on my first day at a new job to receive the furniture. 25% RESTOCKING FEE! BEL SUGAR LAND: What a complete joke! Daisy and Margarita are the WORST customer service people I have come across in a long time. They sold us broken furniture and refused to come pick it up, refused to reimburse me, screened my calls and never returned my voice messages and as the icing on the cake, Daisy wanted to charge us 25% restocking fee for not being able to fix the issue. They are very bad people. They are cheater. They make customers fool & takes money. They are very nice & soft spoken at first, but when you purchase they play games with you. No takecare for delivery time, wrong delivery ,no replacement, no insurance. You give them call to call many time but no answer come from them. Many things are going on . Be careful from them. I will never ever go there anymore no matter what.

Bel furniture has good quality furniture at good prices....Their customer service is the WORSE!!! They truely need some training in their customer service area it sucks!!! I purchase one accent table, two end tables and one coffee table. The coffee table and end tables was delivered scratch. I contacted bell furniture and they said they would replace all three tables, delivery drivers show up for the 2nd time with only the coffee tables, this table was worse then the 1st coffee table I had. Worst customer service, and products ever. Their sales pitch is amazing -- buy the furniture, pay for the warranty and at the end of the one year period, we will even refund you the warranty if you don't use it. Guess what, my dining room table chair cracked within a month of purchase. Called their store and asked me to send an email with the picture. I did so, on 06/07/2020, and get no response. I purchased several pieces from here and am having a lot of delivery issues. For some reason they weren't able to deliver the bed I purchased, so I had to rent my own truck which end up costing the same price as the bed - I should've just purchased a nicer bed with free delivery elsewhere. Not only that, the bed didn't come with any instructions so I cannot put it together. It's been sitting in a corner unassembled for over a month. I purchased two living room sets in 2015 and I was advised to purchase the guardian protection plan because they realized we had kids with us. All being said and done... I paid cash money up front and left happy knowing my purchase was protected. Baseball stitching unraveled and I filed a claim. 2 months later no response. When the sales lady EVA wrote up my order, she made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. This bed was for my 87 yrs old mother and was very needed for her comfort and safety. When I called the next day after the delivery, I was told it would take 24 hrs to get an approval from corporate to approve an exchange which it was granted. The problem I have is that I was charged a delivery fee of $69.00 to exchange the wrong boxspring that their sales rep wrote up incorrectly! This was not my error!!
