We just got practically run over by one of their delivery trucks. Date 1/28/17 License BXY1989. 5:15 pm. Called store to report ...did not have time to take info. Sounds Like a company I do not ever want to do business with!!!

WARNING!! Horrible, Worthless Product & Company. They DON'T CARE and Won't stand by their own products. I would pay extra cash to give them a negative 5 review if i could. I was told it was REAL Authentic Italian leather but you can see in the picture the finish is pealing off like paint. I paid thousands for this set and even paid a couple hundred extra for the 5 year extended warranty. After 2 months of having the set I notice one small piece coming off but didn't pay attention. I would highly recommend not doing business with Bel Furniture or at Least this Store. I am a repeat Customer who is being treated like shit and as though the issue is my fault. I have called and asked to speak to the Manager each time and the Manager will not talk to me. I asked to speak to the sales person they will not let me speak to him, not that he can do anything. Ron m went there Saturday to buy two bedroom sets they did not have them so salesmen showed us other type we agreed to the purchase then after the credit charges they said we had to pay $500.00 for delivery and taxes by cash I always purchase things on credit but never had to pay tax and delivery with cash and four people started taking and demanding money so I got up walked out did not purchase anything think it's a scam way advertise 0 down and then demand money

WORST PLACE EVER! Full of nothing but pushy sales people! We bought a head board here with the intent of buying our own bed frame to attach it to, once we saw that we didn't like how it fit. We wanted to come back and buy the bed frame itself. However, according to the same salesperson that sold us the headboard, we had to purchase the bed frame with the headboard together, that they can't sell em separately. This place would not let you return merchandises despite the return policy stated on the receipt. The receipt stated that you can return items within 72hrs that aren't mattresses or on clearance. I tried returning an item I bought for full price within a day and they would not let me! They were rude and said they don't care if I don't come back. Bunch of liars and thieves! Please stay away. I rather pay more at another store for better services. Wish I could give them 0 star. Ridiculous!

Cheap stuff, cheap people, worst customer service-they put blame on YOU for anything wrong with their stuff. Scratches on the glass table-we made it; Vanity door has big gap-it is according to the spec. No question of buying anything, do not go there even.

Do not buy from this store at a y location. I bought a mattress less than a year ago $900 and the mattress sank completely my back is killing me i wake up everyday with horrible back, kidney and lung pain from this mattress. My 4 year old son had stain the matters once he fall asleep on it and that was the reason they gave me in order not to replace it, cause it was stained.
