I wish we would've looked at the reviews first before we spent 2400 on a couch that has been falling apart since we received it. Not only is the quality poor, but the service and communication about the issues we've had was handled poorly with little to no reply at all. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID! Shop elsewhere!
They don't have the items that are on the showroom floor.They will try to deliver the wrong items & charge You for the re delivery The bed I purchased they didn't have after a month I was finally giving my REFUND
Worst furniture company ever I bought living room set from them .It broked with in 24 hours from the delivery date .called the store several times ,sent several emails then walked to the store ...they said ok we will replace the broken couch for you waiting for any action from them called again 3 days later And got be patient we still trying to contact the customer service to persuade them to replace the damaged couch .....not recommend at all terrible quality , terrible costumer service
I purchased a bedroom suite back in March 2022 from Bel Furniture - Sugarland. I kept getting the runaround and excuses why my furniture was not delivered on time. We are now in July 2022 and I finally received the remaining piece of my furniture suite. I sent an email to the District manager who didn't even have the courtesy to get back to me. I would highly recommend you not to come in the store and waste your TIME! I made a purchase on 3/21/22 just for the to cancel the day before the delivery on 4/22/22 to say that the product is no longer AVAILABLE! Why would you sell furnitur that you know you Don't have? Then when I requested a refund they stated they needed to talk to corporate. You didn't need corporate when you politely withdrew the money from my account. please be where save you time and money and find somewhere else to purchase.
Bel furniture is one of the worst customer service business I have ever seen. I have purchased 6 pcs king bed set with this understanding that the Chest Drawer is included based on the conversation with the sale person. I purchased the set but on the delivery I realized the chest is not included and they define the Bed in 3 pcs (So weird). After my complain they claimed it is a misunderstanding from my side. Horrible customer service. The store showed no flexibility with delivering my furniture. I clearly communicated my schedule and kindly asked for any late afternoon or evening delivery. Yet, they acted like such a simple request was SO impossible. They tried to get me to leave work mid-morning on my first day at a new job to receive the furniture. 25% RESTOCKING FEE! BEL SUGAR LAND: What a complete joke! Daisy and Margarita are the WORST customer service people I have come across in a long time. They sold us broken furniture and refused to come pick it up, refused to reimburse me, screened my calls and never returned my voice messages and as the icing on the cake, Daisy wanted to charge us 25% restocking fee for not being able to fix the issue. They are very bad people. They are cheater. They make customers fool & takes money. They are very nice & soft spoken at first, but when you purchase they play games with you. No takecare for delivery time, wrong delivery ,no replacement, no insurance. You give them call to call many time but no answer come from them. Many things are going on . Be careful from them. I will never ever go there anymore no matter what.
