The price is great but delivery and customer service is awful. I cancel my order and it took them a week to cancel it and another to refund the money because it is only one person who can do that and she does not work weekends. I would never order anything from here again. You call to check the status on your order and no one has access to give it to u.

Terrible customer service. I bought 2 Bunkie beds. Poor quality. When you sleep on it, you will touch the bottom of the bed. After two days I started having back aches and when I brought it up to the customer service, they were indifferent and this is what I get, " You get what you pay for". After paying almost 300 USD, this is what I get!!! I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from Bel Furniture Sugar Land!!!!

The collection is good and the prices are reasonable but the delivery process was awful! We had a piece that came from another supplier and not their warehouse that took 2 weeks to build and the delivery was scheduled for a week after that. They called the day before and pushed it back another two weeks! When we went to the store to talk about why would that be the case, I wasn't very pleased with the manager's attitude. Bought dinette set on Sept 1 and paid $99 for delivery. The delivery came later that week and they informed one chair was broken. I had to reschedule another delivery window and the guy informs me he forgot the tools to put it together. He wanted me to reschedule another day. I told him that was unacceptable. He called in and said he would be back later. Four weeks later while sitting in a chair it breaks and I fall and hurt my back and hip. I called in and they want to replace the chair. Very good furniture and just awful service. The delivery is really long, but the problem is really not about that. We purchased a sofa, a love seat, an armchair, a dining set and a breakfast table. The table that was delivered to us was not the one that we ordered, customer support on the phone didn't provide any support at all and actually were impolite. Terrible customer service! I ordered and paid for a dining set with the understanding that it will be delivered before Thanksgiving. I was given a delivery day for Tuesday, sounded great. They called me prior Monday to confirm address and delivery for Tuesday. On Tuesday at 11 something, someone called me apologizing that the dining set was not in stock and to go to the store to select another set but could not deliver until the following week. CAUTION! We bought an expensive dining room table and hutch from Bel. Yesterday I noticed the table was extremely tilted, looked under it and found the pedestal to be COLLAPSING! This table has been rarely used the last two years, bought it mainly for looks and to use for holidays. Its apparent that the pedestal on this expensive set is hollow on the inside causing the weight of the table to eventually make it give up. My wife and I bought a mattress from Bell furniture store in sugar land. Their price sounded right so we decided to buy it from them just because they were from Iran. Their staffs are mostly Iranians. My wife asked the sales lady a question in Farsi regarding the mattress but the sales lady answered her in English and pretended that she did not understood Farsi. Terrible customer service. Ask for return policy before you pay. One second after you pay, you cannot change your mind and get your money back. The best they can offer is an exchange For an item you may not need. The quality of their furniture is rubbish and they do not honor warranties. They will also tell you that if you do not accept the exchange within a time period, you will forfeit your money, no matter how large the sum.o
