Everyone is so kind, patient, and professional. Dr. Hood is our absolute favorite because she takes the time to explain every detail and to make our sweet rescues feel loved in each aspect of her care. For the first time in our dog’s life, he does not panic upon arriving at the vet. In fact, he gets excited to see his favorite doctor and that makes the experience so much easier on everyone. Terry Donahue was a breath of fresh air. She was attentive to Chance's needs and whims enabling his increased comfort. Additionally she was informative and applied deliberate concern to my questions. I would highly recommend Belle Haven's services.
Dr. Tucker was so kind to me and my dog, Doah. She was seen right away, the facility was very clean, the administrative staff was helpful and pleasant and Dr. Tucker had a gentle hand with my sick pup, which I always appreciate. She was so good in fact, I'll be moving my cats vet from Hayfield to Belle Haven.
