"This dealership knows that I was looking for an..." This dealership knows that I was looking for an opportunity to get my car serviced while recognizing my concern of the Covid 19 situation that we are all experiencing now. They got me in and out of the shop and told me that they only scheduled a minimum number of appointments so not to have to many people waiting in the reception area at one time. While I was there I noticed a couple times that the area was wiped down and cleaned for precautionary purposes.
"Never again will I buy from Berlin City" I purchased my last 3 vehicles (new) from Berlin City, I will not be buying my 4th there. It took 3 trips to have the rear seat repaired properly. It was returned to me with greasy hand prints all over the light grey leather- requiring a 4th trip to have it cleaned. After the repair troubles I was hounded by calls and emails to fill out a customer satisfaction survey - which I did with honest and thoughtful answers. "They were completely done when they told me how long the rep" For all they did right, they missed one thing that was important to me. When I drove away my windshield fluid light was on and I had to stop and get some fluid. other than that they were great.
"This is how to sell a new car" I told Steve what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. He went to work, got back to me shortly after and I came in, signed and left with a new car 2 hours later.
"Inspection sticker" My appointment was for 3:15. I left the dealership at 4:30. I expected to leave much sooner. Eric told me they need more guys that can do inspections.
"They make it difficult, not easy!" The car I leased was not the lowest price, but was located, and I needed it. This was done virtually. I was told to come in and sign the paperwork and to “plan for 1 ½ - 2 hours”. I received an appointment email confirmation for 3:01 p.m. I was told to text a copy of my license and insurance card, in advance, which I did, as “this will save a little bit of time”. "Oil change " Made appointment for oil change, car done, ready on time. Receipt stated free car wash but car was not washed. Service Advisor said car checked out but there was no write up showing what they checked like battery, brakes, fluid levels. Most places I have gone to in past had given a print out of the check on the car- surprised that you don’t.
"Poor sales service" The girl I worked with in the service department was great! I had stopped in for a key replacement which she took care of. We discussed that we were looking to possibly trade in my car and she offered to do an appraisal. She asked one of the gentleman to take a quick look at my cat as I only had about 20 mins.
