Dillon Wallebe is an excellent service representative. He seems to care about the satisfaction of his customers! He provides superior service for the needs of his clients. Having air put in my tire twice within a seven week period, I could have thought it was only cold weather in Maine. He made sure I came back to have my Honda put on the lift. The tire had to have a patch!
Kevin was courteous and friendly and very informative. Great service
Always easy and comfortable. They kept me informed of status and even got done earlier than expected.
The service at Berlin City Honda is STELLAR!
Pull into service area and wait the usual WAIT! This is the norm for me. Eventually agreeter comes over and we discuss my reason for being there. Every service manager looks very busy, so I wait. Then one comes over etc.
They are great! Amazing service!
Excellent Service, 100% recommend.
Took me at last minute when I had a bad tire and had to travel the next day for work
The service I received from Berlin City Honda in South Portland was excellent. Staff were responsive, pleasant, informative, and knowledgeable!
