"Still under warranty" I was having trouble opening the rear hatch of my leased CRV. ! was told it would take about 1 hour 15 minutes to diagnose. Instead, in that time frame, they had replaced the mechanism with a new ones and sent me on y way. But the best news was hearing, "No charge. It's still under warranty."
"Rude, condescending sales person" If I could 0 stars, I would. There are not enough words to describe the horrible experience my husband and I had leasing our 2018 CRV from Berlin City. We knew going in we wanted to lease another CRV as my lease was ending on my current vehicle (2015 CRV) and we were very impressed with the redesign, Honda's reputation, and the amenities that came with the 2018. "regular service appointment" employee was helpful and friendly and helped me get out on time. Answered questions with knowledge and helped me learn new settings on car dash.
"Attitude" Pleasant attitude of your workers. I brought my car in earlier and it was taken care of sooner. I would past this onto other people that I know.
"Snow Tire Change Over" We purchased a separate set of snow tires and rims last year when we purchased our Pilot and had them mounted up just in time for the snow-rain-ice storm last night which enabled me to charge up our hill in real slick conditions.
"Pricey" MHolye did an outstanding job especially with emails, updates and sending images of registration. Extremely expensive work and I will use other sources if possible.
"60K Service and New Tires" Your service personnel met all of my expectation. The work was done on time and at the price quoted. I would recommend your service department.
"Service A++" David Nguyen greeted me at 7 a.m. sharp on a Saturday morning. I informed him I needed to be at an appointment at 8:30 and he assured me I would be ready to go and that he would get me in immediately. True to his word ... and when I asked for a car wash coupon, although Berlin no longer issues them, he gave me a card for a free service wash. Couldn't have asked for anything more! A+++
"Helpful advice on stopping mice" My washer fluid hose had been chewed by a mouse. The hose was fixed and I was given advice about avoiding this issue in the future.
