I took my CRV in for an inspection. He told me that that there was damage to the subframe and motor mount and that I needed repairs totaling around $3,000 to pass inspection. In addition, he told me I needed another $1,000 of work including brake pads and rotors. I was very surprised since I had been in only a month before and the multi point inspection showed no issues. It took over 2 hours to service my 2018 Honda Pilot. When I arrived I noted to them that when i Started out today one tire was low and needed to be checked. "Not all Honda dealers are the same. Came from Manchester..." Not all Honda dealers are the same. Came from Manchester CT after years of fantastic service and price. Unhelpful young woman with a laundry list of must replace this and that. We felt completely taken. Took our other Honda to VIP in S. Portland. They are awesome. Will not return to Berlin Honda!
"Worse service I've ever had. Overcharged for what was..." Worse service I've ever had. Overcharged for what was done plus some of the work requested wasn't done. Tried to call the service people, all voicemail. Tried the general manager, the sales manager and anyone else I could think of or that I could get a number of - NO ANSWER!
"I called to make an appointment for my routine..." I called to make an appointment for my routine maintenance (oil change/tire rotation) and spoke to Michelle (if I remember correctly). I was very specific that I had a “Car Care Maintenance Plan” which is sold as an upgrade on new Honda vehicles. I found that I had a defective tire on my 2019 accord and service agreed they’d replace it. "When I got my new car" When I brought my 2008 toyota in for state inspection I was told it would not pass. This was not totally unexpected. I particularly like dealing with Berlin City Honda because of the convenience. I was introduced to Dave Thorne who was very friendly and helpful.
