The experience with the service department was the worst I have ever had. The customer experience was horrible. I arrived at the appointed time and was treated as if I was invisible. The service "advisors" seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues then dealing with a customer. The time estimate that I had been given to complete the service was 2-3 hours "tops". I have never had a worse interaction than with this Honda dealership. The first time I had an appointment there they told me it would take about an hour and a half and I checked in at two hours and they hadn’t even begun working on my vehicle. I had to leave and go to work. We had a plan in motion to get my car back down and worked on. I had a disappointing experience on my last visit that, frankly, is more in line with customer service THESE days: terrible. Everything was great until the finance guy came over and presented me with my paperwork showing 3 options for my payments with 3 different extended warranty programs, never asking me if I wanted the program, which I did NOT. Don't care about customers who comes here with kids even though advertising as kid friendly. 7+ years loyalty worth nothing this place employees even after bringing. Y concerns with zero care for helping customers with issues regarding their kids room use. (Some guy withbackpack occupied the room. And asked for help nobody care to help. Don't go there with family.
After test driving and agreeing to pay full advertised online "cash price", we were told it would be an addition $1,000 because the car was not being financed. When I complained about false advertising, the manager agreed to drop the $1,000 but then wanted an extra $669 for the options listed in the car and $200 for the keys! The goods: - ease of making a service appointment - assessing what service was needed - communicating via text service recommendations & cost Not so good: - 30+ minutes on hold waiting for service representative; finally hung up - 4 hour delay in responding to my text request for a service update. Made false claims about inventory, told me to come in for a test drive of a Tesla they claimed was on the lot. When I arrived they said it was no longer available when I told them I was paying cash.
I just bought a used car on 7/7/2020. The 2013 Nissan Rogue I bought from Berlin City Honda in South Portland from Jamie Doucette. I noticed the engine making a sizzling noise during hotter days. On July 23rd I took the car down the street from my home and onto the HIGHWAY where the ENGINE SEIZED out and the car wouldn't drive and JILTED both I and my sister who was in the passenger seat next to me forward. I took my CRV in for an inspection. He told me that that there was damage to the subframe and motor mount and that I needed repairs totaling around $3,000 to pass inspection. In addition, he told me I needed another $1,000 of work including brake pads and rotors. I was very surprised since I had been in only a month before and the multi point inspection showed no issues.
