"Service " I recently moved quite a distance away but I still put the effort in to come to Berlin City where the staff and atmosphere always makes me feel like home.
"New Honda 2.0 " I had the best car buying experience ever! Efficient and Accurate from the time I walked in the door to the time I drove away in my new car.
"Promptness and keep his promises" Promptness and keep his promisesI went in to Berlin city for a inspection sticker. I was greeted at the car, was told the inspection sticker would take an hour and it did.
"staff were all very friendly and efficient - but..." I came in for an advertised FULL SYNTHETIC oil change. The work order (R/O 126064406/1) states Full Synthetic oil change but the line item for the oil says: Mobil SYN BLEND So did I get a synthetic blend or did I get full synthetic ?? I called the dealership today and the call went to voicemail for Bobby Ramsay? and I left a message and my number - no call back received.
"Adjusting for customer concerns" OFC-. No appointment - very busy-suggested another day- explained where we now live and leaving for Colorado for 4 months - squeezed in for 6. Impressed!
"Slow Service" Came in for what was supposed to be a 2 hour recall and waited almost 4. They compensated with a free oil change but still was way to long for me to remain patient.
"Excellent knowledgeable service rep" My only complaint is with the car itself. It is a 2007 Honda Fit with less than 50k miles, and the air conditioner has failed twice - the new repair will cost about $1500. This is ridiculous given Honda's excellent reputation for reliability. Not only is the car low mileage, but air conditioning is rarely used in Maine. "Oil change / tire rotate" Great experience overall. Was able to get same day appointment. Dillon was fabulous and very helpful. The wait was a little over an hour, but not unreasonable.
"Up with the times" Berlin Honda of South Portland is a much improved dealership from what I experienced seven years ago as a result of what appears to be a complete remodel of the facility. The service writing bays are staffed by well trained professionals who have a genuine interest in providing the best possible experience for car owners. Thank you Honda Motor Company and Berlin Honda, and Jessica who who was my service advisor during my last visit.
