Able to get me in quickly and get me out even quicker. Call to let me know whats going on every step of the way. Excellent customer service and follow up.
The staff was very professional, the drop-off was easy, and the waiting area was very comfortable (and free snacks and coffee!). However, I had to wait a long time (more than 3 hours) for fairly simple work (oil change, tire rotation, replace headlight connector and state inspection. It seems they were short-handed that day, so my experience may not be representative.
My car drives like a new car. Old as it is I am keeping it for now. The work was done in a timely manner. I am happy.
I went in to have the air bag replaced. Stan shuttled me to and from work with a smile. Richard was an amazing and communicative service provider. I felt comfortable with them and will definitely be back!! Thanks for a wonderful experience.
