The people are always nice, but I always wait too long when I have a scheduled appointment. My inspection sticker was scheduled for 11:45, I left the dealership at 1:45!
I'm kind of upset I was extremely happy at first but I have had my car for 6 months and they didn't even replace the battery before I purchased it so today I was at work and my car wouldn't start so my buddy came and tested it and it was at 14 percent so I had to go buy a new battery and it costed me 250 bucks because they didn't replace it before they sold me a used car for 23 thousand dollars when I could have bought a brand new one for that price so yeah I'm a little irritated now

Good, but this forced review is dumb
I have to say they fixed my car as they said it needed a new starter and ignition switch. I had the car towed in on Wednesday July 29th. I called them Thursday July 30th to make sure they had my car. I texted them at 10.38 am they stated it was on the battery tester it that it takes awhile to figure out what it was wrong. I had a 10:30 appointment and at 2:30 the car had still not been taken in. No contact by service guy to give me some options. When I confronted him about this issue he started about another dealership having longer waiting time problems..
Berlin City's customer service is horrible. You text your service advisor to ask him to call you so you can explain what happened to your vehicle. It was towed to them after hours. They never call you. I then wait about 4 hours and call them and he seems frustrated that I call. I ask if they have a loaner I could use as my car is going to be with them for another day as BERLIN CITY doesn't carry my part. He stated that is only for corporate customers. I took my car for service and an inspection sticker and was told it would take an hour and a half. I was shuttled to nearby stores by a very polite and kind young man and was given his contact info for when my car was ready. Later I was contacted and informed there was more work necessary than had been expected which would take more time. I agreed to the huge expense and additional time needed. Service provider was rude. This is not the first time someone there has been rude.
I called Honda service after my car wouldn't start and had AAA tow it to the service center. Prior to having it towed, When calling Honda service, much to my delight, I was offered a 12pm appt. for that same day. My car was delivered by AAA no later than 11:30am and since I wasn't the one who dropped it off, I did not know who my service technician was.
