"I had internet correspondence with one of the sales..." I had internet correspondence with one of the sales consultants who promised me an inflated price for my trade in. I was mislead to believe that we could make the numbers work based on the information I was given prior to my arrival at the dealership. They wasted 2 hours of my time only to insult me with their offer for my trade. I would not recommend this dealer to others. Anne Lane, Brunswick Maine.

Unfortunately market conditions do have an effect on the trade-in values placed on vehicles. Convertible cars in the State of Maine are difficult to retail in November, in the spring that same car can have additional value. At Berlin City Honda we do trade for about 150 cars each month, we aim to provide the best trade value we can, and most of customers find our offer fair. I’m sorry we were not able to assist you in your purchase.

First off they did all of the paperwork wrong and put the car in mothers name when the loan papers are in my name. The worst place that i have every bought a car i was treated like crap and i am still a month later i cannt drive a car i paid 30,000 dallors for. I been fixing mess ups by them since i bought a car from them. I would not ever be buying a car from them ever again. Never again will I buy from a big auto mall. Their motto is "over the top care by down to earth people." That is such a total farse as I received no customer care whatsoever.
