I don't like going to the dealership for one thing (B1 service) and being "sold" other things which I did not want or take. It's like bait and switch. Also, the oil change/tire rotation took well over 2 hours to complete. I could have gone to Pronto for quicker and less expensive service. Then after I left, I didn't even get down the road passed IHOP on my drive home when the Check Engine, Low Tire Pressure warning indicator came on. Did they not check to make sure the tire pressure was accurate before I left the dealership?
Disjointed service and communication.
I scheduled an appointment for 12:30 for a basic oil change. When will I got there, I was told it's gonna be 2 hours. Really!!!
I really prefer not to....,...........................
Upselling unnecessary products
they tried to sell me a tire I didnt need. I told Berlin City to fix a leaking tire, they told me my tire would not hold a plug, which was a lie. I dont have enough money for $90 oil changes anymore.
3 different people in service told me there was no way to test the battery capacity on my car. Bought a $30 code reader off amazon and did it in 3 minutes.
Poor salesman ship, was told they don't negotiate and felt like I was talked down to.
Took my car in to have windshield washer connector replaced. After waiting there for 2 hours, I was told that a part needed to be ordered. Two hours to determine that when I showed them the problem??? I don't get it. When I returned after getting the call that the part was in, the job was done in about 15 minutes. So, my three star rating is an average for the two appointments
