The Work was okay, but a full synthetic oil and filter change was done. I didn't request it because previously I had this oil change done when i had a state vehicle inspection on 5/29/2025.. So, I was charged 80.25 unnecessarily for work I didn't need.
My car's left tire is making noise. When I take it to the dealer, they say it's fine, but I hear it while driving. I had an oil change, but they sent my car back without resetting the oil level on the dashboard. I guess they don't understand service.
Long wait just for inspection sticker
The original estimate was actually doubled. The technician replaced the parking sensor and didn't reset the sensor calibration. After speaking with service manager she said the service desk person I dealt with would call me back. No call. Just terrible. Won't go back
The service always takes 1-2 hours longer than what quoted.
I didn't like that they put a not so great tire back on my car and put new windshield wipers on that are worse than the not all that ones that were on my car!
I have been servicing my vehicles here since buying them with normally no issues, but this time not pleased. Service advisor did not tell me until we were checking out that inspection indicated that air filters needed replacing. This after we had been there almost 3 hours.
Needed an inspection sticker. Berlin City told me I needed $2.5k in work done for the car to be inspectable. I wanted a second opinion, and I had the items noted looked at by a trusted mechanic in my town; none of the "repairs" needed to be done. Berlin City is organized crime.
