I had a Honda ignition key problem, so I booked an appointment with Berlin Honda dealer to get two new keys cut and programmed. Three hours later, they told me they couldn't program the keys and that my car's computer was "broken." I left Berlin Honda with no solution and hundreds of dollars poorer. Ultimately, my small town mobile locksmith repaired my original key in under 10 minutes and charged me just $20. Extremely unsatisfactory experience at Berlin Honda.
Gave an extremely high estimate to undertake repairs to pass inspection without acknowledging that it could cost much less. Will take to non-Honda shop as next step,

What has happened to customer service? While I was waiting for my car, I get a texts from the michanic of what he found, so hit yes to do work or no, so I didn't know what I should do, so I went to find the Dillion that also got a texts from the mechanic he said he saw it, wouldn't you think it would have been nice for someone to coming to the wating room to talk to me. For the most part things went quite smoothly. However, I was told it would take maybe an hour or possibly a little more, but in fact it was two hours. The attendant was rather unfriendly and made no attempt at apology for lateness. In the past your attendants have been very courteous.
I was told the repairs would take about 1.5 hours. After 3.5 hours, I asked if I could pick the car up the next day. No apology or offer of shuttle service. I will be giving my business elsewhere in the future!
Was kept there for 3 hours for a basic service. Not until I asked what was taking so long (after more than 2 hours) did they communicate that they had a tech that needed to leave for personal reasons. Customer rep was smug and dismissive. I purchased my car here, and expected better service than that. No complimentary anything at the end, just "here's your bill"..
First of all. The advisor Eric did not let me know that detailing was not being scheduled. And then he rescheduled my appt for detail for both inside and outside when I specifically only asked for interior only. Then I get there on the day to have it done when Ryan says to me he could not guarantee that it could be done. And I said I have the appt right here. I had to wait a long time for my car to be serviced and I was on time for my appointment. When I went to pay my bill, I was overcharged. I had prepaid for a service plan and I had to dispute my bill. I was also advised that my bill would be adjusted due to the fact I had to wait so long. No adjustment was made after I informed the representative I had the service plan. I also bought a wiper blade and had a state inspection that I was charged for. I thought this to be odd.
