Watch online scheduling tool prices - not 100% accurate even with ViN
Had a special price coupon for a 39$ oil change. Came up to 53$ after taxes and other charges. Ill never fall for this again. I have never been happy with service here.
When I arrived to the appointment I had made using the online service, I was told I wasn't on the schedule. The service rep was a bit sassy ("I don't work in IT!"). I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I got tired of waiting and saw that my car was ready and sitting in the registration area for more than 20 minutes, but I hadn't been notified. Overall, a frustrating experience; considering taking my business elsewhere.
Terrible, long wait, no communication. Never again.
Waited in my car for 15 minutes to see if anyone would approach me. When I finally got out of the car I was told to go back in and wait in there until someone walked over. They were very unfriendly and I just didnt appreciate the customer service.
I do not think they even looked at my car They tell me it is normal for a car not to start after 3-4 days. I got a new battery in April & since Sept 5 calls to aaa. 4 trips to Berlin..no help at all. It is not normal. I told them a parasite draw..they did not even check!!! Quite upset
I give my car to fix the Battery, when I got my car the engine light was on i told him he give me $175 i check what is the problem, i said my engine light was Not on now it's on i don't know what you guys did to my car and you ask me to give $175?????????
I couldn't give a 5* because Berlin City Honda states they offer shuttle rides. However, every time I ask to use the shuttle ride I'm told one just left and the driver of the next one will come to get me when he's ready for clients, but that never happens. I had to spend almost 2 hours waiting for the shuttle that never arrived... never arrives. If they don't want to go to my destination, they should tell me upfront, so I can make alternate arrangements.
Usual prompt and courteous service. Would highly recommend.
