"Exceptional Service " My Service Representative, Dillon Ballwebber, listened to my concerns, recommended a more inclusive service plan and completed the service within the time frame he mentioned.
"Battery issued" I stoped in to see if my car battery was ok without a scheduled appointment. Mike greeted me with a smile and was happy to help me.
"Pleasantly surprised" This was my first service appointment with Berlin City Honda. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. Staff members were polite and efficient.
"Quick and "EASY" !" Service was explained thoroughly and in simple terms. Mike was courteous and knowledgeable. I felt well taken care of. Keeps me coming back again and again.
