"Very friendly, efficient service" The sales associate and finance manager were very friendly and efficient. I generally have a high level of car-buyer anxiety, but this experience made me feel comfortable and confident that I was not being "taken for a ride". It truly was EASY. Thank you Berlin City Honda. "Awesome Advisor" The maintenance reminder "wrench" indicated our 2019 CRV require an oil change. A short phone call to Jessica Curit-Ramos and the vehicle was scheduled the next day, late afternoon. I had an opportunity to bring it in to the shop earlier and with a subsequent phone call to Jessica, the appointment was rescheduled to just after 1:30. No problem.... "Pressure free purchase of a new vehicle " Worked with Tim Cole on the purchase of a new Honda pilot. Never felt pressured into buying a vehicle. Friendly employees even with our 4 year old and baby being less than quiet. Test drove multiple vehicles and stayed late to meet our needs.
