"Excellent service in a reasonable amount of time" I brought my 2018 Honda CR-V for the 10K service, which includes an oil and filter change as well as having all the tires rotated for even wear and the regular inspections they do at each visit. It appeared to be a busy day and when the Service Writer said it would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes that seems reasonable. "Gets the job done right " Their assessments of the work needed and estimates of the associated costs have become very reliable. Costs are LESS than some small, independent care repair shops. The staff genuinely tries to satisfy customers, despite the sometimes disappointing realities of aging cars.

"Totally Reliable" "Your word is your bond"...so they say. I have been bringing my 2007 Honda Odyssey to Berlin City for service for years. I depend on them to keep my car in the best condition possible since I travel quite a bit. Before I left on May 12, 2019 for another cross country trip to Montana and return through Canada I brought my Odyssey in for service. The service was completed as discussed and off I went. "Recall and Service" Very pleased with Berlin City Honda. They provide fast and efficient service at a very reasonable price. Initially brought the Honda in for a gear shift issue. While there they took care of an airbag recall. While they needed to order a part for the gear shift, they rescheduled. Returned a week later, and fixed the gear shifter and performed an oil change. "Great service" Dillon was very pleasant and professional and went over the whole service record. We enjoyed dealing with him. Pete was pleasant and courteous and we appreciated the lift to the mall while the vehicle was being serviced.
"Recall" The gentleman who checked me in and gave me my paperwork after the service was excellent. He informed me of the entire procedure. Very good people skills.
