"Recall" The gentleman who checked me in and gave me my paperwork after the service was excellent. He informed me of the entire procedure. Very good people skills.
"Tire Service" Very courteous and accommodating. Service on the tire was completed before promised and installed promptly when we arrived. Will always use Berlin City for maintenance on our vehicle.
"Always excellent" Ryan and Dillon are ALWAYS (cap intentional) spot on with providing excellent customer service! They are always pleasant and make me feel like they really care about my car.
"Friendly & accommodating " Worked with me to find the perfect car, was imformative and great communication always keeping me in the loop. Very pleased with the service all around.
"Service...Above and beyond" I had a tire with extremely low pressire due to a nail. Although it was the day before a holiday and they were extremely busy, they were able to squeeze me in for a repair. The staff are very friendly and truly seem to enjoy their jobs and care about pleasing their customers. This is the only dealership I've actually enjoyed going to for service and this had been my experience every time I've been in. They go above and beyond the rest!!!

"The service I get at this dealership is excellent" I have been a customer of Berlin City Honda for four years. The service department is clean and well run. The people I interact with are well trained and provide excellent service.
"Quick stop to get a replacement inspection sticker " I had to stop in to get a replacement sticker for a windshield that got cracked while out of State. I had no appointment but they got me in pretty quick and out the door within 20-25 minutes. Great service staff and the waiting area is very clean and stocked with snacks. Perfect. Thank you Berlin City.
