"Great experience!" My recent service visit with Ryan was a great experience. He was very friendly and professional. I was in for my first oil change/tire rotation, and he found 2 open recalls on my vehicle which were taken care of within the promised finish time. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Ryan to anyone needing service on their Honda. Will definitely be back again!
"ME State Inspection Visit" I've had 6 new cars in the last 13 years. I always bring them to the dealership for service. Usually, I'll take it back where I bought it except when I bought it out of State or when my service visit has been unsatisfactory. Much of that can be due to the service advisor representing the service department and the dealership as a whole. "used car purchase" Really enjoyed working with Tim Cole. He made the process relaxing and not stressful, which is not always found at car dealerships!! I would recommend working with him again. My only complaint is that with a $699 administrative fee, they could have provided better car cleaning. We found a box of the previous owners checks in the glove compartment, and other pieces of trash throughout the car.

"so easy to buy my new car after months of thinking about it!" Berlin City Honda of Portland was the most convenient place to buy my new car. I communicated with my salesman, Andrew, by phone or mostly text and email. He arranged everything with the finance department and we did all the nitty-gritty stuff over the phone. A wonderful couple who work for them DELIVERED my car one evening, right to my door. We completed paperwork at my dining table. SO EASY, every bit of it.
"Dave was super efficient and had me in and out! " I hate to spend hours at a dealership and Dave worked proactive to get as much done ahead of time as possible for a quick process.
"Relaxed atmosphere " It was a very relaxing process buying a car from here,they weren't pushy,didn't rush me. They let me know right up front that the car I came in to look at was being taken to auction and asked if there were any other cars I wanted to see.
"service - great" Service was great - appointment was made promptly. When I arrived the technician reviewed my reasons for the appointment and suggested also including the state inspection. When my CRV was ready, he reviewed all the work that had been done. Efficient.
"Amazing experience!" So refreshing to have a knowledgeable, yet relaxed salesman. I recommend Bill to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda! Mark, the sales manager, also made the financial piece very smooth and seamless.
