"In and out very efficient and professional " Great experience I was greeted immediately by Ryan who got all my paperwork in order and off went the car.Did not take long and it was ready to go Ryan went over the inspection form with me that was helpful . "Oil Change and Inspection Sticker." My vehicle was worked on in a very timely fashion. The Service Representative, Eric Surawski was very courteous and went over everything that was performed on my vehicle.

"Awesome experience at Berlin City!" We could not have asked for better service from Berlin City. It was a Holiday weekend and we were heading off to camp the next day when our 2018 Honda Pilot wouldn’t start. We didn’t know what to do. "Fantastic Service" I was greeted immediately upon driving up to the service bay by Eric, and was directed towards the large waiting area inside while my vehicle was being serviced. The waiting area was really nice; lots of snacks and beverages provided, along with reading materials and charging stations (thought that was a nice touch!). "First service on my 2018 HR-V" This was the first scheduled maintenance on my 2018 HR-V, but Berlin City Honda of Portland has been my dealership for many years. I bought my first Honda at Berlin City in 2000, and have had 3 other Honda's from them in the interim. Have used Honda service and found them very good. With the new facilities built in the past couple of years, the waiting experience is extremely comfortable. They are very efficient. My service took less than 60 minutes and I was on my way.

"Gratifying" Our Honda CRV had an issue with a tire that had been punctured by a foreign object. The location of the puncture required replacement of the tire. Having previously developed an excellent, positive relationship with a specific service advisor, I had chosen Berlin City for the tire replacement.
