"Gratifying" Our Honda CRV had an issue with a tire that had been punctured by a foreign object. The location of the puncture required replacement of the tire. Having previously developed an excellent, positive relationship with a specific service advisor, I had chosen Berlin City for the tire replacement. "Great Customer Service" Eric Surawski was courteous and pleasant to deal with. I had an oil change and an inspection and the service on my vehicle was done in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend Berlin City Honda Service Center.

"Everything was more than satisfactory " All employees are pleasant and very helpful. Steve Gendren both leased and sold my CRV to me. He also sold my husband our Odyssey. We have complete faith in him and do not intend to use anyone else. When you find someone like Steve we have no need to change to another. Just s super, no pressure guy!
