"Another great service experience" We've had the pleasure of working with Diane in Service for the better part of two years now. Diane has gone out of her way each and every time to treat myself and my wife like family. When you schedule your next appointment ask that your service adviser be Diane and see the difference.
"Would recommend to family and friends " My first inquiry was online, and I got an immediate response. Selection of vehicle and color was made easy by the large inventory of vehicles at Berlin City. They had what I wanted at best price. Very friendly and helpful salesmen as I came through the door, but no pressure or heavy handedness about the sale.
"Straight forward and easy" I wanted a good and straight forward deal without the usual games. That is what I told my salesman Steve and that is what I got.
"Routine service" Diane accommodated my request for service on a specific day and then kept me informed and provided excellent service! Service and inspection sticker was provided promptly, vehicle was returned serviced and clean!
"Trying to get a sticker" My service advisor was top notch. I came in because of lights on my dashboard. The service team fixed a couple of codes, but were ultimately unable to figure out why the lights came on. When I got gas the lights came on. I expect in a couple of days the lights will go off. I have a 2008 rav4 with 103k so I plan to keep it many more years. I appreciate the time and effort Toyota put into my vehicle.
"Service Visit" Very friendly, attentive greeting. I was there for a 20,000 mile service, so not a lot to do other than an oil change and tire rotation, but they made the point to ask if I had any concerns. The only reason for not putting 5 stars was that I waited for the vehicle instead of leaving it, and saw when they brought it out and parked it. I waited about 15 minutes to go to the service center to say that I saw it outside and wondered if it was ready and was told, “Oh, yes, I was about to come get you.” Other than t... read more
"I felt like I was in good hands at Berlin City Toyota!!" Derek has great people skills. He was friendly and engaging. He was attentive to detail. He explained my car issue in language I could understand, and gave me the options I needed to make my own decision. His advice was spot on! Bob transported me back and forth to work. He, too was friendly, and skilled in navigating Portland's traffic in the midst of all the road construction.
