"167,000 mile tune-up and tire change" The man who greeted me when I arrived was courteous, and he made sure that I connected with my service rep, Derek. He and I reviewed my service expectations and how and when best to reach me, as well as when we could expect the service to be done. "superior service" I decided when my wife and I purchased our Toyota's from Berlin City that we would only service them at Berlin City. Every time I come I get great service. This is the first time that I have dropped off my car vs. leaving it and due to my schedule I dropped it off earlier than scheduled. The service manager (I believe his name was Chris) made the entire experience painless.

They had what I wanted at best price. Very friendly and helpful salesmen as I came through the door, but no pressure or heavy handedness about the sale.
