Dear Sir/Madam, I apply for mortgage to buy a new house. So choose better.com. It's my worst decision I've have made and so regretful. And the whole process is stressful and make me feel I'm killing myself. 1. Hard to reach them. The connector know nothing but transfer me to the coordinator. The coordinator was always on the phone. Better Mortgage was the easiest mortgage loan process we have ever gone through. We have always used a bank or credit union for previous home loans, and were a bit leery of an online company.
