Rates are easily accessed and reviewed daily without having to email or call someone to give an update. Once the process gets started it is easy to review and submit document all online. I would imagine if you are someone who doesn't already have everything online (like if you still mail in your tax forms) this might actually make things a little more difficult. I just refinanced my house through Better and paid about $450 in closing costs and got the $2500 **** credit. I'd recommend them. Response times were a bit slow at times, but we were able to work it out. *******************************

We sought to refinance an existing loan with no cash out. Ultimately Better got us the loan but this was the most difficult mortgage process we've ever experienced. There were repeated requests for information already provided. There was inadequate communication as we moved to closing. They had the best 15 year mortgage rate which is the only reason we didn't rate the experience lower.
