I’m glad I found Better.com through another website. I was skeptical at first and did some research on the company, everything looked legit. I put in an inquiry on their site and was contacted within an hour by phone. The first contact was good, maybe very slightly pushy looking to get me to lock the rate that day, which I did because I was ready to proceed on the refinance and their rates and fees were great. The entire process was the most transparent and smoothest refinance my wife and I have EVER experienced (we've refinanced over a dozen times in the last 35 plus years). The entire team (Maura, Michael & Unsha) were tremendous in always being prompt in addressing my questions and concerns, and the online DASHBOARD is a WONDERFUL tool to keep customers up-to-the-minute informed regarding interest rates, loan estimates, etc. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Better.com!

I think using vetter.com to refinance my home was the best possible experience. I liked the completely digital experience with the option of picking up a phone and talking to a professional at any time. The process when smooth and fast. I would do business with them again.

Closed in about a month on a refinance, interest rate was a quarter percent lower than other lenders/brokers and the no lender fees meant no other lender could touch their actual APR. Communication could have been better at times especially during underwriting but if you're diligent in getting them documents better.com can save you a ton of money in the long run.

Worst mortgage experience in 40 years of buying and selling real estate! It started off with them asking me about working for a company that I never worked for. A company offered me a position which I never took. This was over 2 years ago. They kept insisting I had worked there. Then, it got worse when they told me I had a foreclosure 6.5 years ago. First off, if you think their rates and process is too good to be true, follow your instincts. Their marketing tactics are also highly annoying. Typical telemarketer that calls and messages multiple times a day all hours of the day and night. I finally decided to inquire about their refinance rates and initially they had a great rate + **** was offering a promotion which is why I made the choice to switch over from another lender. This company honored the thousand dollar guarantee. I requested a quote from them after receiving I work up from another company and they could not match the other companies rates. They asked that I send them the closing documents they required and upon doing so they sent me the thousand-dollar check. I honestly was not sure that I would receive it. I think this shows that the company would be good to work with.
