$4.50 in savings is not enough. My bill is almost $80. That's not a savings.

I was told that my cox was negotiated to save 264 a year which isn't true. I had already changed my services to 140.00 a month on my own in December when my bill increased tob235. I lowered my tv because I hardly use it and lowered phone because I have cell phones for long distance. Yet I get message yesterday saying you saved me money and bill is now 160. Which is higher. So I called cox again to insure my bill is 140 and it is exactly as I changed in December.

I thought this site would actually help me with my Bill's but unfortunately with my at&t bill. They only saved me 10.00 a month and IAt&t gives there customers 10.00 discount for auto pay so I could have done that myself. Very disappointed

I was told that my phone bill would be cheaper and its still the same amount. Yes the internet was reduced. And i was charged 25$ amonth for 6 months just for the internet? Not happy

I never saw anywhere on the site that I would be billed all at once. There was an email that said I would be able to choose to make payments for 6 months but never actually had that option. My bill with Comcast has not changed. I’m basically just out $300. Thanks.

These guys are a joke! I paid them for their service and two years later with out my authorization they contacted my cable service and internet provided and negotiated a deal based on my old plan. I had already changed my plan. Not sure how this not illegal to hold on to information and do this without getting approval from customer. Definitely, changing my information and letting my provider know only "I" am allowed to make changes to account.
