Birdeye has caused nothing but issues for me.... They actually HARMED my online presence and have created multiple issues for myself and my staff through inadequacy. They deleted content off of my website without consent, posted fraudulent reviews to our Google listing, published incorrect photos without consent, and are not able to show reviews online of clients who take the time to leave my company reviews. I wanted to cancel their services last year. They billed my card and stated that I did not give them ample notice. This year, I emailed them over 2 months in advance and they again charged my card. I DO NOT WANT their services any more!!! They are all about money now

If you are looking to get locked into an annual price and never get out, you should use BirdEye. The platform works as it should and it is great if you utilize the service. We are not utilizing the service and have been trying to cancel our service for nearly 4 months. In my opinion, this company is stealing our hard earned money by making the cancellation policy too difficult to navigate.

App appears to be everything a company could need for gathering reviews, chat bot, Texting capabilities for landlines, and customer engagement. BirdEye is really good at taking payment for a full year of service upfront and getting an initial onboarding done within one day of taking your money. After that they have no follow thru on making sure you are using their software or if everything is going well. Initial setup call happened within 1 day of signing up and paying for a full year license for 2 stores. After the initial setup call we had an old texting app that needed to be shut down prior to BirdEye taking over the texting on our landlines. Have been waiting for 3 weeks now for BirdEye to set up a follow up call and arrange to transfer our texting capabilities. Really unfortunate that our customers are going to lose the ability to text us until BirdEye gets off the dime and works with the old vendor to transfer the text... read more

The worst vender I have ever dealt with in the auto industry in 33 yrs. DO NOT USE this company. If you are currently signed up then I suggest you cancel ASAP. DO NOT give them a credit card for payment.

This Company is only interested in your money. They continue to bill you even after you cancel the services. DO NOT use these people. DO NOT set an account up on a credit card. If you already have a account set up, CANCEL it. If you are thinking of Signing up, DON'T!!! You will regret the level of service. They will say anything to get you inked. Don't believe a word they say!!
