I wish there was an instant notification when we receive a review. It takes about 2 days to come thru email but I have made it a habit to check daily. I like to respond quickly to reviews, good or bad. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer service complaints, wait times, expectations not met.

I have been trying to cancel our service and they have not responded to 2 voicemails and 2 other phone conversations did not solve the issue. They will also automatically bill your card without an email or notice at the new year of your contract, so beware of this.

AM Law Group is a JOKE. My questions never were fully answered. I still to this day do not know who my Attorney was. Poor excuse to say they are Attorneys. They did more damage to my case than fighting for me.
I'm not sure steps need to be performed to report inaccurate/false information, but this has been one of the the least responsive platforms I've had the pleasure of reporting issues to. I noticed a local business that I solicited had someone else's reviews in BirdEye. The reviews are supposed to be "authentic", but this can't happen if the reviews aren't even for the right business. I tried reporting this to BirdEye via Twitter & Facebook, but received no response within 34 hours.
BirdEye is impossible to communicate with ,Id like to edit a review and can't. I write hundreds of reviews and often edit them if my experiences change.
Once you sign on the dotted line, it is impossible to get any support. No one returns calls, or emails. Chat is absolutely useless as they just direct to call a tech support line that has antiquated robo-responses that says all agents are busy.
