Our Rep who sold us Birdeye left right before implementation, so there was confusion at the beginning with our contract, which had to be changed. That part almost made us change our minds about Birdeye, but since then, all has been good so far. Gautam has been super helpful and knowledgeable and really made the implementation very easy, he was great!
I often felt that I did not understand what was needed from me, which caused multiple delays in our onboarding process. There were multiple instances where we had a call scheduled, and we found we couldn't move forward with the call because something was outstanding that I wasn't aware of. Through our onboarding my direct team did not receive formal training on Birdeye, so it is now something we'll have to schedule with our new account manager.
