Changes you can see! Pros: Automation on review response. Ease of communication with some of the functions like negative reviews. Cons: The interface of updating listings. Too much manual updates to do on our own, very dependent on requesting updates.
Great review app. Pros: I like the auto-post feature to social networks for reviews Cons: I wish the templates were more customizable. Wish it could track reviews sent via email. Overall: I have the app., now my challenge is to get my salespeople using it.
Top quality review management Pros: We have greatly appreciated the integration with our operating system to send out requests for reviews to better improve our business processes. Cons: None so far. We have been satisfied with the function and follow up to address any issues.
Good Product, but BEWARE of Billing Practices... VERY hard to cancel, no renewal reminders, etc. Pros: The product works as advertised, even though there are competitors that are far cheaper. Cons: They nag you constantly about upselling different features. They call frequently to offer "support", but it is really just sales. They notify you about EVERYTHING except when it is time for billing renewal, which they do automatically with no notification, no way to cancel, etc. Really irritating service and deceptive billing.
