Originally came out and saw that the air intake vent was decoupled from the furnace, as well as the exhaust piping from the hot water heater. The concrete floor had sunk. I fixed this and they came back and completed the service.
They were fantastic. They were on time and had excellent customer service. The price was also excellent.

Outstanding. This was purchased for my daughter and son-in-law as a housewarming gift and the 2nd time I have used Black Lion (the first was to replace my own water heater). Both the water heater itself and the quality of installation and service are superb. Highly recommend.
The installers were professional & personable. The installation took around 3 hours. I'm pleased with the results & would hire Black Lion again
They did a great job, very thorough and to the point at an extremely reasonable price
It went great! They were punctual and treated my wife with respect. We requested some additional service (A/C service), but they declined because they noticed that my external A/C unit needed some work on the concrete pad where it sits. Doing the concrete work first would have negated the A/C service and been a waste of money. It would have been easy for them to do the job and take my money. Now that I've fixed my concrete problem I'm going to give Black Lion a call to service my A/C system.
I am one of those kinds of people who does my research and takes my time to make sure I have all the details. I went through all the reviews on Angie?sList, Google, Yelp and other sites to narrow down who I wanted to discussgetting bids from. Upon meeting withmultiple companies, it became clear that Black Lion was the right company for me. Woke up to a 60 degree house thanks to my furnace that was blowing cold air. Hello winter!!! Called a few other heating companies only to be told they could come out in a few days. Called Black Lion and even though they had a full schedule, they were willing to send a technician out between his other appointments to take a quick look and try to diagnose the problem. Awesome!!!
