I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it has been great. We chose them because of their Big Dealprice. They had great follow-up. When they put the system in it was not quite functioning like we thoughtso they sent somebody back out within 24 hours. They also followed up again to make sure it was working right. They were great from a customer service perspective. I have had no other issues with the unit.

Pleasant and professional salesman with patient explanations and answers to my questions. I have relatives who are happy heat pump owners. Good plan for the placement of the units for aesthetics and function. Efficient installation of the units within reasonable days. Four or five installers, neat and polite and great work. They did a great job, were on time and the work went well. The team spent significant time after installing the furnace to troubleshoot a wiring issue which in the end turned out that the NEST thermostat was broken. Overall happy with their work, would have been nice to have a short follow up call from Black Lion after the job was done to check if all was good but not a big deal.
My furnace stopped heating so I needed someone to come out and take a look at the furnace. Jason came out to diagnose if I needed a repair or replacement of my 15 year old furnace. I was expecting the worst, replacement, but Jason diagnosed the problem within seconds and replaced the electronic ignite. Fortunately, I can put off the expense of a new furnace for a while longer. All great, from the show up on time for estimate, estimate, schedule for replacement, communication & on time for replacement, in with new & out with old, clean, fast. The new one works great. The price was better than 2 other estimates too.
They came in on time. Were very professional. Did the complete job and mostly cleaned up afterwards. The 2 complaints I had are the reason I set quality to B. 1. They moved the stuff around in the garage but did not put it back in place or let us know that something like this happened. 2. The electrical work did not pass state inspection and I had to stay back extra time to get the work completed. Thanks.
called the company for an estimateto replace theheat exchangersin my furnace. The estimate was one of the lower estimates. He was able to do the repairs a couple of days later. Excellent service, good price and he also replaced the igniter ( no charge) and serviced my furnace. I will definitely use this company again!
