They had to cancel one appointment. They did not make the second one.
I bought a deal for servicing my furnace but it turned out that it was too old to really service/clean so they credited me back the amount I paid.
The provider was very responsive. The planning, scheduling , punctuality, and length of time to complete the job was outstanding. I would give them preference against other bids for my next project because of the good experience I had with this water heater install.
It was great! Black Lion called me the day after I purchased their big deal to schedule service. I wasn't ready so I said I would call them back. When I did I got the day I wanted & a 1 hour window! Ben W called me ahead of time to let me know when to expect him. He was very friendly & professional. He immediately recognized the furnace had been serviced recently. He spent about a half hour cleaning & inspecting the A/C. Even though my unit is old he said it was clean & was in good working order.
They're awesome. I'm super happy.
Black Lion Heating and Ari Conditioning provide a very comprehensive inspection and cleaning of our A/C system. Although we wen't able toconnect on the first appointment every effort was made on both our sides to communicate during this time (unusual traffic circumstances prevented the appointment from occurring). Good service
Perfect. On time and delivered as promised. Also connected me with a great service provider for duct cleaning (most of the duct cleaning offers on Angie's List totally bogus, BTW. The folks he connected me with were legit and at a fair price for the whole house without the flakey up-sale routines common to Angie's List providers).
