Timely, professional, good service
Black Lion Heating & Air Conditioning was great. We bought the Big Deal because our water heater was about 15 years old and everyone from the home inspector to the heater repair man said, "We should think about replacing it, soon." It wasn't leaking, but we figured we should replace it sooner than later (would hate for it to go out and not be able to get someone out to fix it right away). We made an appointment, one guy came out, we showed him the heater, and about an hour later he was done. Would hire them again.
The service was good. It was my first time using them and I felt that the owner was very good. He was very knowledgeable and fair.
The work turned out fine.
Knowing I needed a new water heater I purchased this but my garage was too full for installation. I asked them to wait. Unfortunately my water heater let go all over the garage on a Saturday evening. I contacted Black Lion and asked if they could come out on Monday and they were able to. We were told we needed to replace the heat exchangers, but will get a second opinion before we do.
Two technitions arrived on time. They first called to let me know they were in route. The divided their tasks to complete the service faster. Worked very quietly and cleaned and adjusted the units. Accomodated my schedule in a timely manner. Will use again.
Excellent service provider, but our new home needed additional work that out it over our budget. We would choose them in the future.
Signed up for $3500 AC. When they came out they evaluated my furnace and system and told me I should wait until our remodel to install the AC. Extremely helpful and professional. Will definitely contact in the future when I do the remodel.
