They did all assigned duties and were even early for the job.
He came out for the appointment and as far as I know everything went fine.
We hired Black Lion to clean our furnace.They arrived on time, were efficient and very pleasant, explained what to look for, gave a thorough inspection, cleaned up work area when finished, would use them again.
When they heard that my existing water heater was leaking, they moved other appointments around to get my job done sooner. Showed up on time, installation was painless, completely satisfied.
They are top rated. We had 5 people come out for the estimate, and we were very impressed by their presentation. Their prices were comparable to others. They have great product, which is Bryant products. They were excellent work with. They were very polite and everything was so clean that you could not even tell they were there. We would absolutely use them in the future. They have great follow up. Scheduling with them was very good as well.
We were unable to use the big deal due to the additional costs associated with the service. The gentleman that came out was very professional and polite. We would highly recommend, we just wanted to wait for this service.

Black Lion did a very good job and we enjoyed everyone we worked with. The crew was friendly and professional and worked well together. They even cleaned out our gutters on a really nasty, cold day. The water heater has been great and it is given us a lot of extra room in the downstairs basement. Now, we can start the bathroom remodel. From start to finish I had an excellent experience! Heather helped me set up the initial assessment appointment, installation, and post inspection. Jerry and Jason installed our first air conditioner and replaced our gas furnace on the same day. Both of them were pleasant, professional, and did little extras like set up my new control panel when I was confused about it.
