Things went great, very professional and informative. I would use this company in the future for furnace needs.
Great! All around very easy to do business with, highly communicative office staff, and professional technician. He explained how to clean the electronic filters and re-install them. I was pleased with the whole experience.
Ben was punctual and professional, focused and quickly diagnosed the issue with the decreased efficiency on my AC. He suspected the faulty valve and had to pick up the valve from a coworker nearby, came back, replaced the valve and refilled the refrigerant. He was available to explain the work. No up-sale. He came back a week later (punctual again) and made sure the pressure held in the lines. Very satisfied with the work. I've had excellent service from them. There were also the ones that I bought a coupon from to do work on my tankless hot water heater. They will be doing that work soon. They were absolutely excellent. I was delighted to see them do an offering on Angie's List. They were so kind. They were amazing. They came out on Christmas Eve and didn't charge me.
Ben arrived Saturday afternoon and, using a garden hose, he emptied out the brown water. I was impressed about how much Ben had remembered from our conversation in December and this greatly personalized our interaction. Now the leak couldn't get any worse. I had another commitment on Monday morning, and Ben sent out a new tank in the afternoon. I can't remember the names of the two installers, but they were very helpful. I now have hot water again. Thank you all!

it went great. He was nice, professional , informative, prompt.....no complaints at all.
The window washer did a good job but tried to help take some screens out and forgot to wash two windows. When I realized what had happened, he came back in a day or so and finished. Otherwise the overall rating would be A. A very pleasant man and a good worker. Would have appreciated more initial information about when counting windows . Found out if the window is a slider, it counts as two panes and they only mean the outside. If I wanted the inside washed too, it would have counted as 4 panes.
