From my first phone contact with Ben, to meeting face to face with Brian, customer service was top priority. Final price and equipment were established, and installation date. Flawless install and great communication with the install team. Black Lion is a great example of delivering what has been promised and more, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent product & service. Very happy with my new Bryant furnace - 96% energy efficient. Bryan was on-time for the scheduled appointment to provide a estimate. All my questions were answered. Very thorough explanation of the entire installation process. The installers, Jason & Jeremy, arrived on-time on the scheduled day. The installation was completed in just 1/2 day. The showed up on time for both the initial evaluation appointment and to do the work. Very courteous and professional. Outlined exactly what was covered by the AL Deal as well as options and what each costs. Went over the work they would need to do. They were able to reuse all the existing lines for water, gas, and ventilation so no extra costs there. Ben, the owner came out himself. He checked the pressure and then gave us avery complete cleaning. He then examined the unit inside and did a fantastic job making a minor repair at no additional charge, We will call Black Lion again! Thank you

They were very professional and found a problem with my furnace that several others had missed over a few years. I waited several months to right the review to see if the problem would actually be fixed or not and we have not a any problems at all. This has not been the case with several other companies. I have spent thousands over the years for the same problem over and over, having someone come out several times every winter saying they fixed the problem and my furnace breaking down again within two months. They arrived as planned, he looked at my furnace and began taking it apart, I asked why he needed to disassemble the unit and he explained that there was a sensor in the rear of the unit that he needed to check, now keep in mind I had another company that was the local provider and the people I bought the furnace from servicing this for years, but they didn't do the job that Black lion did, and they charged 3x'sas much for about 30 minutes of work. Ben at Black Lion was so great, he came out check and condition my furnace, I told him I have a issue with my sump pump, he went to my crawl space to trouble shoot it even! This is not totally his job and he did it for me without extra charge. I am so grateful to Ben. I later went back and bought brand new furnace for my other rental property. It was all of Ben's great service.

The installation went very well. The team showed up when expected. They were very polite, considerate and informative. The project was completed same day and absolutely everything was cleaned up when they were done. Very happy with their service!
