This was my wife's and my first experience of care (needed because I was receiving a hospital day procedure), so we were somewhat anxious about how it would be. In the event, the assessment from the Care Coordinator was careful and professional, and the care provided to my wife by the Bluebird carer was excellent. We engaged Bluebird Care to support us in looking after our Father after he suffered a back injury. Our father is 94 years old and has been fiercely independent all his life. His recent injury meant that he could no longer continue to live independently, in particular requiring 24 hours care which my sister and I could not provide. The dementia advisor is very helpful and has come up with some good activity suggestions. She also provides general good all round advice based on her experience of working with other Dementia sufferers.

Found a very good permanent carer to meet the needs of my Dad. Varied experience leading up to the permanent placement but very happy with the care and attention he's now receiving. Good communication with care provider.

I have found Bluebird care to be very efficient, consistent and well organised but overall the kindness and consideration the bluebird expert carers have shown my Mum has really improved her mental wellbeing and peace of mind. My brother has Advanced Dementia and his condition has sadly deteriorated this year. Whilst my family were very pleased with the excellent morning and night care Bluebird gave my brother, we came to realise that his needs were no longer going to be met by just a carer in the morning and one in the evening. I cannot recommend Bluebird carers highly enough. Everyone who came to the house to care for my father or who I spoke to on the phone was friendly, sympathetic and helpful. I cannot fault the care he received from Bluebird care in the last weeks of his life and every carer was a pleasure to see. They never seemed to be in a rush and checked on my Mum every visit as well. Communication with the office was also very efficient and caring .

Bluebird adapted to changing circumstances of both my parents, and identified suitably matched carers for their personalities. They maintained a good relationship throughout, both the visiting and live in carers, but also the office staff were responsive to all our feedback and changing circumstances throughout.

My Uncle had carers twice a day always found them very happy and helpful. They made his day always, office very helpful when you needed them.
