The company has to provide half an hour each week to wash, cream and change my stockings. The staff always arrive on time and are cheerful and chatty. It is normally the same person each week but if different, they are just as pleasant. They know exactly what to do and leave everything clean, dry and tidy.

Excellent review. The delightful manager, very competent, covered all aspects of Mum's needs and even spoke about Dad's needs, even though he isn't a client. Discussed extra hours when they are available.
