The carers are unfailingly helpful and perform the assistance needed very well. They are easy to deal with and happy to engage with parents. The weekly visit is especially useful because it allows me to go shopping and they have helped Dad with his jigsaw and provide company for him whilst I am away. I am grateful that I can do the shopping without having to worry.
